What is set up for Saudi Arabia

What you get today

  • VAT at 15%

    A company set to Saudi Arabia invoices with 15% VAT and a VAT number field, and amounts are in SAR.

  • ZATCA e-invoicing (Phase 2)

    The Phase 2 integration is built and passes ZATCA's developer sandbox. Going live on ZATCA's real environment needs your company's own ZATCA credentials, and we do that with you. We do not claim ZATCA certification.

  • Arabic apps

    The admin console and the driver app are fully available in Arabic. The customer app is partly translated. Arabic and English can be used side by side.

  • Riyadh time and week

    Trips and reports use Riyadh time. Friday is the weekly day of rest and the working week starts on Sunday.

  • Saudi documents

    Vehicle documents (Istimara, Fahas periodic inspection, operating card, insurance) and driver documents (Iqama, licence, driver card) are tracked with expiry alerts.

  • WhatsApp shared inbox

    Customer WhatsApp messages can be handled in a shared inbox, with automatic trip notices sent from your own WhatsApp Business account.

No. We do not claim certification. The ZATCA Phase 2 integration is built and passes ZATCA's developer sandbox. Onboarding to the live environment is done with each customer using that customer's own credentials.
