Pricing questions, answered

You pay a fixed monthly platform fee that includes a duty allowance, then a small per-duty charge beyond it. A duty is one completed trip or duty slip. Most operators find it works out between ₹5 and ₹7 per duty, so your software cost tracks the work you actually run rather than the vehicles parked in your yard.

You pay the platform fee and nothing more. Seasonal and outstation operators with long, low-count duties benefit most from this, because the included allowance usually covers the whole month.

Above roughly 75 vehicles, duty volume per vehicle flattens out while your fleet keeps growing, so per-duty pricing stops reflecting the scale we support. Per-vehicle pricing from ₹399 per vehicle per month is more predictable for both sides at that size.

Onboarding and migration is ₹15,000 one-time and is waived when you prepay annually. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any month boundary. Annual prepayment carries a discount, and we offer a further discount on a three-year commitment.
