The airport at Shamshabad is a long run from the offices, so an airport duty ties up a car and a driver for hours and the waiting time matters.

Yes. A booking can repeat daily, weekly or monthly until an end date, each duty is allotted with clash and document checks, and the client can book and approve in a portal. You create the duties and the pickup order yourself; automatic rostering and routing are not included.

Yes. The booking carries the flight number, flight status comes from a provider you configure with your own key, and waiting, tolls and parking are recorded on the duty slip so they reach the invoice.

Trips are priced from the client's contract and a month of duties can be raised together on one GST invoice, with TDS recorded on the receipt, ageing per client and export to Tally.
