Operating a fleet in Jeddah

Jeddah's ground transport is shaped by its airport and its roads to the holy cities. King Abdulaziz International Airport brings in travellers for business and for Umrah and Hajj, and a large part of an operator's work is the airport pickup followed by an intercity transfer to Makkah or Madinah. Demand rises sharply in Ramadan and the Hajj season, flights bunch and run late, and one family or group can need several vehicles moving together. Corporate and hotel accounts fill the rest of the year.

MobilityDrive keeps the flight number on the booking, refreshes the flight through a flight data provider on your own key and alerts dispatch when it is late, cancelled, diverted or landed. Intercity transfers are booked as transfer or outstation duties and priced from your tariff, vendor vehicles can be brought in for the peak with their cost kept against the trip, and the driver app and passenger notices work in Arabic. Invoices are raised in SAR at 15% VAT; the ZATCA Phase 2 integration is tested in ZATCA's developer sandbox and live onboarding is done per customer. There is no link to the Nusuk platform or to any Hajj and Umrah permit system: pilgrim permits and visas are outside the product. FAQ

MobilityDrive in Jeddah: questions

Yes. The booking carries the flight number, flights are refreshed automatically through a flight data provider you configure with your own key, and dispatch is alerted when a flight is late, cancelled, diverted or landed, with a recommended pickup time.

It books and dispatches them as duties priced from your tariff, and vendor vehicles can be assigned with their cost kept against the trip. It does not handle pilgrim permits or connect to any Hajj and Umrah platform.

The ZATCA Phase 2 integration is built and has been tested against ZATCA's developer sandbox. Going live needs your own ZATCA credentials, and we do not claim ZATCA certification.
