Compare MobilityDrive with the software Indian and Gulf operators look at
Cab, chauffeur, limousine and corporate transport operators in India and the Gulf compare a handful of products before they choose. These pages set MobilityDrive beside each one, using only what that company publishes about itself, with the sources and the date we read them. Each page also says plainly where the other product may suit you better.
Which products do operators compare MobilityDrive with?
The products compared here are Indecab for car rental and chauffeur operators in India, MoveInSync and Routematic for employee transport, and Limo Anywhere and Yelowsoft for limousine, chauffeur and taxi dispatch. They are different kinds of product: some are built for the employer that buys transport, some for the operator that runs it, and some combine software with a managed fleet. MobilityDrive is software for the operator that runs booked duties for clients, from the booking to the GST or VAT invoice, in India, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

How these comparison pages are written
A comparison page written by one of the two vendors deserves some suspicion, so here are the rules we hold ourselves to. Everything we say about another product comes from that company's own public website, read on the date shown, and every page lists the pages we read so you can check them. Where we did not find something on their pages we say so, rather than claiming the product lacks it. We make no claims about anyone's quality, reliability or customers, we use no logos, and we quote a price only when the company publishes it. Where a price is not published, the page says "not published".
Every statement about MobilityDrive is checked against the product as it is built today, the same standard as the rest of this site. That includes the limits: MobilityDrive does not build shift rosters or optimise routes automatically, it is not a ride-hailing marketplace, it holds no ISO or SOC 2 certificate, and its iPhone apps are not yet published. Several of the products on these pages do things MobilityDrive does not, and each page says which.
Three kinds of product, and why the kind matters more than the brand
The first kind is software for the operator: the cab, chauffeur or limousine company that owns or attaches cars, employs drivers and bills clients. Indecab, Limo Anywhere, Yelowsoft and MobilityDrive are all of this kind, though each is built around a different market. The second kind is software for the employer that buys staff transport and wants to plan rosters and routes, track trips and check the transport vendors' bills; MoveInSync and Routematic both sell this. The third kind is a managed service, where one company supplies the technology, the vehicles and the operations together; MoveInSync and Routematic both offer this as well.
If you run the cabs, an employer-side product is usually something your client uses alongside you, not instead of you. If you buy transport, an operator product is what your vendor should be running. Decide which side of the contract you are on before you compare features. For an operator in India, our taxi and cab fleet software for India and employee transport management software for India pages describe what MobilityDrive does; for chauffeur work there is chauffeur and limousine software, and the core of the product is the fleet dispatch software.

Products we did not write a page for
Some names come up that are not alternatives in the same sense. General fleet tracking and telematics products show where vehicles are, but do not usually hold bookings, duty slips or client invoices. Invoicing and accounting apps produce a GST bill but do not dispatch a car. Ride-hailing platforms are built for on-demand rides and a consumer marketplace. Transport companies that sell trips, rather than software, are potential partners or competitors of an operator, not software choices. We will add a page when a product is a genuine alternative that we can describe accurately from its own pages.
If you want a neutral way to compare any of them, the fleet dispatch software alternatives page sets out nine criteria with a test for each, and the dispatch software checklist for corporate transport turns them into forty requirements you can send to every vendor.
Comparing MobilityDrive: frequently asked questions
Where do the facts about other products on these pages come from?
- Only from each company's own public website, read on the date shown on the page. Every comparison page lists the pages we read. We do not use review sites, rumours or our own guesses, and where we did not find something we say so.
Do these pages quote competitors' prices?
- Only where the company publishes them. Limo Anywhere and Yelowsoft publish dollar prices on their pricing pages; Indecab, MoveInSync and Routematic did not publish prices on the pages we read, so those pages say "not published".
Is MobilityDrive always the better choice?
- No. Employers that want automatic rostering and route optimisation, a managed service with a fleet, or a vendor with an ISO or SOC 2 certificate will find products here that offer those and MobilityDrive does not. Each page has a section on who should choose which.
What is MobilityDrive best suited to?
- Operators in India, Saudi Arabia and the UAE that run booked duties for clients: cab and taxi fleets, chauffeur and limousine companies, corporate and employee transport operators and airport transfer firms, who want the booking, the duty slip and the GST or VAT invoice in one system.
What if a comparison page is out of date?
- Products change. Write to themd@moweb.com with what has changed and a link to the vendor's page, and we will check it and correct the page, with the new date.
